1987年四季度以来,由于电力紧张,我厂铁合金冶炼电炉,经常出现停电,造成了长时间的热停炉。在停炉限电期间常发生一相或三相电极被炉料“粘结”,造成复电后电极不能提升。 热停炉后,一相或三相电极被“粘结”,既影响冶炼的迅速恢复,又影响设备的安全运行。有时甚至被迫停炉,必须扒炉重新开炉。所以对此类事故,须认真处理,否则将造成不必要的损失。如1987年10月,由于热停炉,复电后三相电极均不能提升。
