由于颞颌关节强直术后复发率较高,国内外都在寻求解决防止复发的方法。鉴于硅橡胶具有符合人体要求的物理学和生物学性能方面的优点,作者等采用硅橡胶作成关节帽,置于假关节处,以防止术后复发。共作14例,成功11例,其中4例均系过去手术后复发的病例。成功的11例戴用硅胶关节帽多数已在4年以上,最短已近1年,功能恢复好,无复发症。失败3例中,2例因感染而失败,1例为术后半
Due to the high recurrence rate after temporomandibular joint ankylosis, both at home and abroad are seeking solutions to prevent recurrence. Given the advantages of silicone rubber in meeting the physical and biological requirements of the human body, the authors used silicone rubber as a joint cap and placed it at the pseudarthrosis to prevent postoperative recurrence. A total of 14 cases, 11 cases of successful, of which 4 cases were the recurrence of the past cases of surgery.
