健康、长寿历来就是人们关心的问题。我国人民将食用蚂蚁作为延年益寿之法已有三千余年历史。清代赵学敏《本草纲目拾遗》载,古人制作的蚂蚁酱有“益气力,泽颜色”之功效,“冬日用之,有验如神”。现今世界上许多国家不仅将蚂蚁作为美味佳肴,而且还当作强身健体,治疗疾病的良药。 医学专家研究证实,蚂蚁蛋白质含量很高,具有27种氨基酸,糖、脂肪、维生素以及微量元素Mn、Zn、Fe、Cu、Se也很丰富。用蚂蚁制剂喂养老鼠的实验证明,蚂蚁是一种广谱的老年免疫机能增强剂,突出表现是能使老龄老鼠血液白细胞和溶菌酶增加,提高巨噬细胞
Health and longevity have always been issues that people care about. The people of our country have used ants as a method of prolonging their lives for more than 3,000 years. In the Qing Dynasty, Zhao Xuemin’s “Supplement to Compendium of Materia Medica” contained an ant sauce produced by the ancients and had the effect of “benefiting strength and coloring the zebra.” Many countries in the world today not only use ants as a delicacy but also as a good medicine to cure diseases. Medical experts have confirmed that ant has a high protein content and has 27 kinds of amino acids. Sugars, fats, vitamins, and trace elements such as Mn, Zn, Fe, Cu, and Se are also abundant. Experiments using ant preparations to feed mice have shown that ants are a broad-spectrum immune function enhancer for the elderly. The outstanding performance is to increase blood leukocytes and lysozyme, and increase macrophages in old mice.
