采用基于事件史分析的纵向案例研究方法,以1995~2012年索尼公司建立的联盟网络为对象,考察了联盟网络的四个特征与组织学习模式之间的关系,包括联盟网络类型、资源承诺水平、互动关系持续时间、网络成员的能力类型。研究结果表明,与1995~2004年相比,在2005~2012年,索尼更多采用了股权协议形式,通过提高资源承诺水平、稳定与现有成员的联结关系,搜寻具有同质性能力的网络成员,实现组织学习模式从探索性学习向利用性学习转变。企业管理者可以通过有意识地设计联盟网络组合和联盟网络特征来实现组织学习模式转变。
Using the longitudinal case study method based on the analysis of event history, taking the affiliate network established by Sony Company from 1995 to 2012 as an example, this paper examines the relationship between the four characteristics of affiliate networks and the organizational learning model, including affiliate network types, resource commitment level , Duration of interaction, type of ability of network members.
