目的:制备X线阻射的石英纤维桩并对其性能进行评价。方法:采用拉挤工艺,分别制备3种不同纤维含量的X线阻射的石英纤维桩材料,测试其弯曲强度和弯曲模量,并拍摄X线片评价其阻射性,电镜观察纤维桩断面。结果:成功制备了3种不同纤维含量的X线阻射的石英纤维桩材料,其纤维质量含量分别为52.7%,61.8%和72.1%,获得临床可接受的X线阻射性,弯曲强度最高达1 055.86 MPa,相应的弯曲模量为27 577 MPa,可满足临床要求。结论:成功制备了X线阻射的石英纤维桩材料。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare X-ray resistive quartz fiber post and evaluate its performance. Methods: Three kinds of X-ray-stitched quartz fiber pile materials with different fiber contents were prepared by pultrusion technology. The flexural strength and flexural modulus were measured. The X-ray films were taken for evaluation of their optical properties. . Results: Three kinds of X-ray-stitched silica fiber piles with different fiber contents were successfully prepared. The fiber quality contents were 52.7%, 61.8% and 72.1%, respectively. The clinically acceptable X-ray reflectivity and the highest flexural strength Up to 1055.86 MPa, the corresponding flexural modulus of 27 577 MPa, to meet the clinical requirements. Conclusion: The X-ray-induced quartz fiber pile material has been successfully prepared.
