学习惰性作为农村中小学教师职业发展中一种常见的负性学习状态,对其职业成长及专业化发展具有不可忽视的影响。以辽宁省农村中小学教师为研究对象,通过采用程佳莉编制的《教师学习惰性问卷》,从农村中小学教师学习惰性总体状况、婚姻状况、年龄状况和学校层次状况分析农村中小学教师学习惰性的现状和成因。要解决农村中小学教师学习惰性,就要强化教师职业认同,提升自主发展意识;合理进行时间管理,做好职业生涯规划;营造良好的学习气氛,建立完善的激励机制;改革培训形式、内容和方法,建立良好的评估体系。
