白细胞介素１２（ＩＬ－１２）具有强大的抗肿瘤作用。但其机制复杂，重组ＩＬ－１２Ⅱ期临床实验发生严重毒副反应，ＩＬ－１２的基因疫苗更有前途。本文综述了ＩＬ－１２基因疫苗抗肿瘤的基础和临床应用现状，ＩＬ－１２抗肿瘤的机理及实验相关指标Ｔｈ１／Ｔｈ２细胞亚群的检测方法等。
Interleukin 12 (IL-12) has a powerful anti-tumor effect. However, the mechanism is complicated, and serious adverse reactions occur in the IL-12 phase II clinical trials. IL-12 gene vaccine is more promising. This article reviews the basic and clinical application of anti-tumor IL-12 gene vaccine, the anti-tumor mechanism of IL-12 and the detection methods of Th1/Th2 cell subsets.
