SUS444冷轧不锈钢带钢在生产过程中发生频繁的断带事故,导致产品不能及时交货。分析了SUS444不锈钢板坯移库、穿带震动以及修磨过程的环境温度等工序的作业特点,特别当材料的加工截面尺寸较大时,因塑韧性偏低、对环境温度敏感等特性,容易发生断裂失效。研究了材料自身夹杂物的内在诱因与断带的关联度。提出了一些工艺改进措施,有效地控制了SUS444的断带事故,为保证用户合同及时完成和恢复生产提供了技术支撑。
SUS444 cold-rolled stainless steel strip in the production process frequent broken belt accident, resulting in the product can not be delivered in time. The intrinsic triggers of inclusions in materials and the relationship between them were analyzed. A number of process improvement measures were put forward to effectively control the breakage accident of SUS444, which provided technical support for timely completion of contract and resumption of production.
