浅谈班团干轮换制的做法及成效

“班干部是班级的核心力量,对班级建设起着重要的作用”。许多班主任教师认为学生原有的素质是培养班干部的起点,班干部起点高,班级管理起步会快些,效果会好些,所以大多数班主任会选拔一些素质较好的学生来担任班干部。但是,这样的做法只能培养少数学生,中等职业学校的学生毕业后即将走进竞争激烈的社会。一个人要适应这个社会,需要的是综合素质。如何让更多的学生在学校里得到有效的锻炼,为将来走向社会打下基础?我认为,实行班团干轮换制,不失为一种好办法。班团干实行轮换制的具体做法:规定所有班、团干均不得连选连任;每学期开学的第一周,参加新一届班委、团支委竞选的学生,分别到前任班长、团支书处报名;新一届班委由前任班委主持全班学 “Class cadres are the core strength of the class and play an important role in the construction of the class.” Many class teacher teachers believe that the students’ original quality is the starting point for training class cadres. Class cadres have a high starting point. Class management will start faster and the effect will be better. Therefore, most class teachers will select some students with better qualities to serve as class cadres. However, this practice can only train a small number of students. Students in secondary vocational schools will soon enter a highly competitive society after graduation. What one needs to adapt to this society is the overall quality. How can more students be effectively trained in the school and lay the foundation for the future in society? I think that implementing a dry-team rotation system is a good way. The specific practice of the group’s implementation of the rotation system is to provide that all classes and groups shall not be re-elected for a second term; for the first week of each semester, students who participated in the election of the new class committee and the Communist Youth League Committee shall go to the former squad leader and delegation respectively.
