振动性白指是由多种因素造成,尚无一项单一的临床检查能客观地作出诊断。本文旨在阐明肌电图在振动性白指导致劳动力丧失的研究中的应用价值。振动组为16名凿岩工,男性,接触的振动频率为31.5和62 Hz,接触时间为18个月至25年,年龄为24~57岁(平均37.9岁);临床分期:4例0期,3例Ⅱ期,9例Ⅲ期。对照组15例,男性,年龄为19~56岁(平均36.3岁),不接触振动及任何神经毒物。所用肌电图仪的型号为DISA型14 A 30,带有14G01数字叠加器。检查由专人进行,要求室温为26~
Vibrating white index is caused by a variety of factors, there is no single clinical examination can objectively make a diagnosis. The purpose of this article is to elucidate the value of electromyography in the study of the loss of labor caused by shaky white fingers. The vibration group consisted of 16 rock drillers, males with contact frequency of 31.5 and 62 Hz and contact duration of 18 months to 25 years (range, 37-49 years). The clinical stage was stage 4 , 3 cases of stage Ⅱ, 9 cases of stage Ⅲ. Control group of 15 patients, males, aged 19 to 56 years (mean 36.3 years), do not touch the vibration and any neurotoxic agents. The type of electromyograph used is a DISA type 14 A 30 with a 14G01 digital superposer. Check by hand, requires room temperature is 26 ~
