目的为了解泰安市不同类别机构污水处置及消毒情况,防止污水中病原体及化学性有害物质污染周围环境。方法通过现场调查和不同机构污水采样。抽检全市23家有污水处理能力的医疗机构排放的污水,按GB 18466-2005《医疗机构水污染物排放标准》的要求进行阴离子表面活性剂、色度、p H值、氨氮、挥发酚、总氰化物、总汞、总镉、六价铬、总砷、总铅、总余氯、沙门菌、粪大肠菌群数和志贺氏菌等15项指标的卫生学检测。结果氨氮、挥发酚、总氰化物、总汞、总镉、六价铬、总砷、总铅、总余氯、沙门菌和志贺氏菌10项指标合格率均为100%,总余氯合格率为69.57%,粪大肠菌群合格率为91.30%,色度合格率为86.96%,阴离子表面活性剂格率为95.65%,PH值合格率为91.30%。结论不同级别医疗机构污水消毒处理存在差异,总余氯合格率最低,存在过量使用含氯消毒剂,大部分机构都配备污水处理设备,但都处于不运行状态,需进一步扩大抽检监测工作,确保不同机构污水安全排放。
Objective To understand the different types of institutions in Tai’an City, sewage disposal and disinfection, to prevent sewage pathogens and chemical harmful substances pollute the surrounding environment. Methods Through on-site investigation and different institutions of sewage sampling. According to GB 18466-2005 “Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Medical Institutions”, the samples of anionic surfactant, chroma, p H value, ammonia nitrogen, volatile phenol and total phenol in total were collected from 23 sewage treatment medical institutions in the city. Cyanide, total mercury, total cadmium, hexavalent chromium, total arsenic, total lead, total residual chlorine, salmonella, fecal coliform and Shigella and other 15 indicators of hygiene testing. Results The qualified rates of ammonia nitrogen, volatile phenol, total cyanide, total mercury, total cadmium, hexavalent chromium, total arsenic, total lead, total residual chlorine, salmonella and Shigella were all 100% Rate of 69.57%, feces coliform bacteria passing rate was 91.30%, chroma pass rate was 86.96%, anionic surfactant pass rate was 95.65%, PH pass rate was 91.30%. Conclusion There are differences in the wastewater disinfection of medical institutions at different levels, the total residual chlorine qualified rate is the lowest, there is excessive use of chlorine disinfectants, most of the institutions are equipped with sewage treatment equipment, but are not running, the need to further expand sampling inspection to ensure that Sewage discharge safety of different agencies.
