Take a point measurement of the torque converter blade with a CMM, and then follow the sequence of point → line → surface → body three-dimensional modeling of the blade in the three-dimensional software UG, and then use SolidEdge for torque converter Guide wheel, pump wheel, turbine three-dimensional modeling and assembly. The method and process of manufacturing rapid torque converter mold by using rapid prototyping technology are discussed.
