目的:了解眉山市女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染基因亚型分布状况及其年龄分布的特点。方法:采用凯普医用核酸分子快速导流杂交基因芯片技术,对1789名妇女进行生殖道21种HPV感染基因亚型筛查。结果:1789名女性HPV感染率为19.5%,21种基因亚型检出19种,未检测出43型和44型;感染率最高的亚型是16型,其次是58型和52型;各年龄段HPV感染检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),感染高峰年龄在55岁以上,其次为25岁以下。结论:该地区HPV感染率最高的亚型为16高危型,具有一定的区域性,并且55岁以上的女性感染率较高,运用导流杂交技术检测HPV感染具有良好的临床筛查应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the distribution and age distribution of female genital HPV infection in Meishan City. Methods: A total of 1789 women were screened for genotypes of 21 HPV genotypes by using CAPE rapid flow-through hybridization gene chip technology. Results: The HPV infection rate of 1789 women was 19.5%, 19 of 21 gene subtypes were detected and 43 and 44 were not detected; the most infected subtype was type 16, followed by type 58 and type 52; The detection rate of HPV infection in the age group was statistically significant (P <0.05). The peak infection age was 55 years old, followed by 25 years old. Conclusion: The highest prevalence of HPV infection in this area is high risk type 16, with a certain regional and high prevalence of infection in women over the age of 55. The detection of HPV infection by flow conductivity hybridization has a good clinical screening value.
