城市公共交通是社会公益事业,公交票价的制定涉及到千家万户的切身利益。本文从公交的属性分析入手,分析研究了制定公交票价时应当考虑的政策、居民收入、公交企业经营成本和政府补贴等因素,指出了制定公交票价应遵循的原则。 Urban public transport is a social welfare undertaking. The formulation of public bus fares involves the vital interests of every household. Based on the analysis of the attributes of public transportation, this paper analyzes the factors that should be considered when formulating the bus fare, the income of residents, the operating cost of public transport enterprises and the government subsidies. It points out the principles to be followed when formulating bus fares.
