有源相控阵天线是由许多阵元及T/R组件组成,少量T/R组件失效对系统性能影响小,所以其任务可靠性非常高。根据有源相控阵天线系统的功能模型建立任务可靠性模型,并通过仿真分析失效T/R组件的物理位置对系统任务可靠性的影响。研究结果可用于指导有源相控阵天线系统的可靠性预计、分配和设计。
The active phased array antenna is composed of many array elements and T / R components. A small number of T / R components fail to have a small impact on the system performance, so the task reliability is very high. According to the functional model of the active phased array antenna system, the task reliability model is established and the influence of the physical location of the failed T / R component on the mission reliability is analyzed through simulation. The results of this study can be used to guide the reliability prediction, distribution and design of active phased array antenna systems.
