一、前 言 9Cr18不锈钢的强度和硬度高,但塑性低,冲压性能差,冷镦钢球时常产生裂纹。一般生产>1/2″不锈球,多采用热冲压成型。因此需要专用加热设备,劳动强度大,生产效率低。为提高9Cr18钢的塑性,改善材料的冲压性能,以冷冲成型取代热冲成型。我们用9Cr18钢进行退火和冷冲试验,证明采用830℃—730℃多周期球化退火能显著提高塑性,改善冲压性能,达到上述目的。现将试验和生产情况作一简介。
