针对信息不完全的语言多准则群决策问题,提出一种基于梯形连续区间有序加权平均算子的决策方法。该方法首先将各专家给出的语言值决策矩阵转化为梯形模糊决策矩阵,再利用梯形连续区间有序加权平均算子对梯形模糊决策矩阵、三角准则权重空间与三角专家权重空间进行集结,接着对集结值决策矩阵、集结值准则权重空间与集结值专家权重空间进行规范化,然后得到方案集的综合评价值并确定排序,最后在文化企业融资效率评价方面进行算例分析。结果显示了该方法的有效性和可行性。
In order to solve the problem of multi-criteria linguistic group decision making problem with incomplete information, a decision-making method based on ordered weighted average operators of trapezoidal intervals is proposed. In this method, the linguistic value decision matrices given by experts are transformed into trapezoidal fuzzy decision matrices. Then, the trapezoidal fuzzy decision matrices, trigonometric rule weight spaces and triangular expert weight spaces are assembled using trapezoidal sequential interval ordered weighted average operators, Finally, the author evaluates the aggregated value decision matrix, the weight space of the aggregated value criterion and the expert weight space of the aggregated value, and then obtains the comprehensive evaluation value of the program set and determines the ranking. Finally, an example is given to evaluate the efficiency of the financing efficiency of cultural enterprises. The results show the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
