本文结合黄河上游梯级水库联合调度的特点和龙羊峡、刘家峡水库防凌运行方式,综合考虑黄河上游梯级发电量和青海电网电量平衡,建立了黄河干流上游梯级水库防凌优化调度模型,对龙羊峡水库初始水位和出库流量的控制策略相关问题进行了定量影响分析,并采用自优化模拟技术对模型求解。通过实例验算,证明该模型是可行的,分析结果对龙羊峡水库调度运行具有一定的参考价值。
Based on the characteristics of the joint operation of the cascade reservoirs in the upper reaches of the Yellow River and the run-off prevention measures of Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs, this paper establishes an optimal anti-flood scheduling model for the cascades of the upper reaches of the Yellow River based on a comprehensive consideration of the cascade power generation in the upper reaches of Yellow River and that of Qinghai Power Grid. Reservoir initial water level and outbound flow control strategy related issues were quantitatively analyzed, and the use of self-optimizing simulation technology to solve the model. It is proved that the model is feasible through the example calculation, and the result of the analysis is of certain reference value for the operation of Longyangxia Reservoir.
