在高铝锌合金中加入不同量的稀土La浇注合金试样,通过微观金相组织分析和力学性能分析,研究了微量稀土元素La对进一步改善锌铝合金组织、提高性能及作用机理。试验结果表明:La加入量在0.1%时,能够细化锌铝铸造合金的组织,改善高铝锌合金的力学性能,合金的拉伸强度、伸长率和硬度都有一定的提高;La的加入量过多时,La以块状的富La稀土相析出;La加入量在0.4%左右时,能够显著消除合金的底缩。
By adding different amounts of rare earth La-cast alloy samples into the high-aluminum-zinc alloy, the microstructure and mechanical properties of the rare-earth La alloy were studied to improve the microstructure and improve the properties and mechanism of the zinc-aluminum alloy. The results show that the addition of 0.1% La can refine the microstructure of the Zn-Al alloy and improve the mechanical properties of the Al-Zn alloy.
