2008年5月12日,中国。这一天开始显得和“往常”一样:中央政府和国人准备热情地拥抱北京奥运会——这世界上最大的国际盛会,离开幕日已不到三个月了:北京在忙着筹备这场盛会。并向世界展示它最近竖立起来的一系列令人叹为观止的建筑物:“鸟巢”、“水立方”、CCTV新总部大楼等等。政府确信全世界将会被中国所慑服:一个崛起的超级大国,将要成就奥林匹克史上最壮观的运动会,该事件将携带一系列宏伟的地标建筑被永载史册——一个建筑学的胜利,没有其它国家可以比拟。
May 12, 2008, China. This day has begun to appear as usual: the central government and people are ready to humbly embrace the Beijing Olympic Games - the largest international event in the world, less than three months after the curtain was opened: Beijing is busy preparing for this Events.
