本文基于弹性后效原理及积分算子理论,导出了纤维从基体中拉脱和断裂的算式,进而对树脂引入积分算子型的流变核,连同纤维树脂的模量、体积含量等结构组织参数一并综合分析,导出了树脂基纤维复合材料板的裂纹张开位移、裂纹扩展方程及寿命计算的近似式。作为一个实例,计算了环氧玻璃钢的寿命及其与玻纤含量的依从关系。
Based on the theory of elastic aftereffect and integral operator theory, this paper derives the formula of fiber pull-off and fracture from the matrix, and then introduces the rheological nucleus of integral operator into the resin, together with the structure of the fiber resin such as modulus and volume content With the analysis of the parameters, the crack opening displacement, crack propagation equation and the approximate formula of the life calculation of the resin-based fiber composite plate are deduced. As an example, the service life of epoxy FRP and its compliance with glass content were calculated.
