分析了电控硅油离合器在挖掘机的上的应用状况,通过实验表明,低温环境中或者设备轻载时,发动机水温、进气歧管温度以及液压系统温度较低,整机控制器根据读取的各温度信号,按照系统程序的设置,控制离合器硅油注入量,适时保持风扇低速转动,达到节能降噪的目的。
