[目的 /意义]厘清转型时期高校图书馆员专业学习过程中存在的问题,以便更好地改善高校图书馆员专业发展的路径和方式。[方法 /过程]通过问卷调查对高校图书馆员的专业学习现状进行统计分析。[结果/结论]高校图书馆领导层对馆员专业学习的引领意识薄弱、规划不足;高校图书馆专业学习主体的层次感和多样性有待进一步改善;高校图书馆员专业学习过程中学习内容的针对性有待加强、互动性有待提升;高校图书馆员应增强对新技术快速学习和应用的意识、加速学习成果的转化并提高理论创新的水平。
[Purpose / Significance] To clarify the problems existing in the course of professional learning of university librarians in the transitional period in order to better improve the ways and means of professional development of university librarians. [Methods / Processes] Conduct statistical analysis on the current situation of professional learning of university librarians through questionnaires. [Results / Conclusion] The leadership of university library has a weak leading awareness of librarianship professional learning and lack of planning; the hierarchy and diversity of professional learning librarianship need to be further improved; the contents of learning content of college librarians in professional learning Targeting needs to be strengthened and interactivity needs to be improved. Librarians in universities should enhance their awareness of rapid learning and application of new technologies, speed up the transformation of their learning achievements and raise the level of theoretical innovation.
