为进一步规范进出口经营资格管理工作,加快推动有条件的企业走向国际市场,支持国有外贸企业改革,外经贸部近日发出通知,对现行进出口经营资格管理的有关规定进行了调整。具体内容包括: 一、各类内资企业(不包括商业物资供销企业)申请流通领域进出口经营资格,须按规定填报《进出口经营资格申请表》及其附表。
In order to further regulate the qualification management of import and export business, speed up the promotion of qualified enterprises to the international market and support the reform of state-owned foreign trade enterprises, MOFTEC issued a circular recently to adjust the existing regulations on the qualification management of import and export operations. The specific contents include: I. All kinds of domestic-funded enterprises (excluding commercial materials supply and marketing enterprises) who are eligible for import and export business in the circulation field shall complete the “Application Form for Import and Export Operation Qualifications” and its schedules as required.
