目的:了解外科医护人员职业倦怠状况及其相关因素。方法:采用工作倦怠(Job Burnout,MBI-GS)问卷为评定工具,对117名外科医护人员进行了调查。结果:(1)在是否行政、工作年限、职称、户籍及是否值班(或中夜班)上,职业倦怠的3个维度上的差异没有统计学意义;性别、婚姻、工作岗位及受教育程度在玩世不恭上差异具有统计学意义(t=-3.104,P<0.01;t=-2.419,P<0.05;t=-3.622,P<0.01;F=3.847,P<0.05);年龄在情绪衰竭上差异具有统计学意义(t=2.944,P<0.05);(2)医护人员情绪衰竭与健康状况、收入状况、家庭状况及人际关系状况呈显著负相关(r=-0.256,-0.362,-0.259,-0.262;P<0.01);玩世不恭与健康状况、收入状况、家庭状况、人际关系状况呈负相关(r=-0.308,-0.524,-0.193,-0.242;P<0.05);(3)多元逐步回归分析显示,收入状况及人际关系状况两个因素能有效预测医护人员情绪衰竭程度(β=-0.509,-0.416;P<0.05);收入状况及人际关系状况两个因素能有效预测医护人员玩世不恭程度(β=-0.889,-0.396;P<0.05);工作年限1个因素能有效预测医护人员成就低落感程度(β=-0.303,P<0.05)。结论:外科医护人员职业倦怠与收入、人际关系及工作年限等因素密切相关,应重点关注女性、未婚、31~40岁及大专的医护人员。
Objective: To understand occupational burnout status and its related factors in surgical staff. METHODS: A total of 117 surgical staff were investigated using the Job Burnout (MBI-GS) questionnaire as an assessment tool. Results: (1) There was no significant difference in the three dimensions of job burnout in terms of administrative age, working life, job title, household registration and on-duty (or midnight shift); sex, marriage, job title and education level were There was statistical difference in cynicism (t = -3.104, P <0.01; t = -2.419, P <0.05; t = -3.622, P <0.01; F = 3.847, P < (T = 2.944, P <0.05). (2) There was a significant negative correlation between emotional exhaustion and health status, income status, family status and interpersonal status of medical staff (r = -0.256, -0.362, -0.259, -0.262; P <0.01). Cynicism was negatively correlated with health status, income status, family status and interpersonal status (r = -0.308, -0.524, -0.193, -0.242; Regression analysis showed that both income and interpersonal status could effectively predict the degree of emotional exhaustion in medical staff (β = -0.509, -0.416; P <0.05). Income and interpersonal relationship were both predictors of cynicism (Β = -0.889, -0.396; P <0.05). One factor of working age can effectively predict the degree of low-grade of health care workers (β = -0.30 3, P <0.05). Conclusion: Job burnout of surgeons is closely related to income, interpersonal relationship, working experience and other factors. Women, unmarried women aged from 31 to 40 and college graduates should be the focus of attention.
