为了开发更远地区的油气资源,研发了X120级UOE管线钢管。X120级UOE管线钢采用低Pcm的低C-Mn-Ni-Mo-Nb-V-B设计,其细小的奥氏体/马氏体和下贝氏体组织,具有优越的强韧性匹配;低Pcm值使该X120级UOE钢管焊缝热影响区具有良好的止裂性能。通过全尺寸静水压爆破试验对X120管线管的变形行为进行了研究,结果显示,高匹配的焊缝金属完全满足X120钢管的爆破试验要求;对静水压试验过程起裂点附近应变的测试结果显示,起裂从焊趾部位开始时,母材金属仅发生了很小的塑性应变,而此时HAZ的屈服强度已完全超过X120钢管的设计要求,且没有发生任何无规则的变形,充分证实了X120钢管的抗变形能力。
In order to develop oil and gas resources in further areas, the X120 UOE pipeline steel pipe was developed. X120 grade UOE pipeline steel with low Pcm low C-Mn-Ni-Mo-Nb-VB design, its fine austenite / martensite and lower bainite, with excellent toughness matching; low Pcm value So that the X120 grade UOE pipe weld heat affected zone has a good anti-cracking performance. The deformation behavior of X120 pipeline was studied by full-scale hydrostatic burst test. The results show that the high matching weld metal can fully meet the requirements of blasting test for X120 steel tube. The test of strain near the initiation and fracture point of hydrostatic test The results show that there is only a small plastic strain in the parent metal when starting from the weld toe, and the yield strength of HAZ completely exceeds the design requirement of X120 steel without any irregular deformation. Confirmed the X120 steel tube deformation resistance.
