卵巢肿瘤是妇科常见病,双侧卵巢良性肿瘤在临床上不少见。我院从1990年1月至1994年5月共施卵巢肿瘤手术268例,其中患双侧卵巢良性肿瘤14例,占5.2％,且大多为年轻妇女,为了保存卵巢的正常功能,手术时施行一侧附件切除,另侧卵巢肿瘤剜除术或双侧卵巢肿瘤剜除术,保留部分健康卵巢组织,经临床随访观察了解卵巢功能情况。 1 临床资料 1.1 1930年1月至1994年5月施行双侧卵巢良性肿瘤手术14例,其中一侧附件切除,另侧卵巢肿瘤剜除术9例,二侧卵巢肿瘤剜除术5例。保留其余卵巢组织的14例病人为临床随访观察对象,其年龄最小为16岁,最大为42岁。
