随着中国的经济政策逐渐走向开放,WTO文书开始生效,中小银行陷入了一个十分尴尬的境地——资产规模和网点机构不及工农中建,经济效益和服务水平方面,又无法与外资银行比拟,不良的信用环境和不完善的法律制度也阻碍了中小银行的发展。与此同时,民间借贷对正规金融市场“的补充作用”又在05年首次得到了肯定,这无疑给中小商业银行造成了重大的影响。本文试图从非正规金融市场的角度,对中小商业银行目前面临的机遇与挑战进行分析,寻找能够提高中小商业银行竞争力、应对挑战的途径。
With the gradual opening up of China’s economic policy and the entry into force of the WTO instruments, the small and medium-sized banks have been embarrassed to embark on a situation where the scale of their assets and outlets are not as strong as the construction of their own peasants and peasants, their economic benefits and service standards, and they can not be compared with foreign banks. Bad credit environment and imperfect legal system also hindered the development of small and medium-sized banks. At the same time, the “supplementary role of private lending to the formal financial market” was first confirmed in 2005, which undoubtedly made a significant impact on small and medium-sized commercial banks. This article attempts to analyze the opportunities and challenges currently faced by small and medium-sized commercial banks from the perspective of informal financial markets and find ways to improve the competitiveness of small and medium commercial banks and meet the challenges.
