在社区自治中,社区党组织发挥领导核心的作用,有独特的优势;社区居委会的行政化是各地城市社区建设中最突出的问题,多年来一直制约着社区自治的发展;本文提出:社区党组织要发挥独特优势,帮助克服居委会行政化问题,要协调地方基层政府和社区居委会的关系,理顺社区党组织与自治组织的关系,支持居委会的工作,积极培育社区民间组织,引导居民有序参与,逐步克服居委会行政化的问题。
In the process of community autonomy, community party organizations play a leading role, which has unique advantages. The administration of community committees is the most prominent issue in the construction of urban communities throughout the country and has been restricting the development of community autonomy for many years. This paper proposes that community party Organizations should give play to their unique advantages and help to overcome the problem of the administration of neighborhood committees.
