恶性肿瘤患者需反复输注化疗药物，为防止化疗药物对血管的损伤，本院于2006年6月开展PICC置管工作，给患者和护理带来了极大的便利。这期间遇到过2例患者，置管后出现上肢深静脉血栓形成，均给予尿激酶溶栓治疗，效果很好，现将护理体会总结如下。
