美国对残疾学生的主要安置政策是在普通学校就读,但对其中约占11%左右的智障学生主要通过分离班级和资源教室实现的。我国残疾学生安置的主要政策是在普通学校随班就读,但我国残疾学生中,智障生高达65%。显然,两国对残疾学生的安置政策形似神异。年龄、地域和趋势分析表明,智障生在分离班级和资源教室就读最为合适,而在普通学校与普通班级就读并不合适,现行的随班就读政策需要改革。
The main resettlement policy for disabled students in the United States is to attend ordinary schools, but about 11% of them are mainly from separated classes and resource classrooms. The main policy for the placement of disabled students in our country is to attend regular classes in regular schools. However, among students with disabilities in China, mental retardation reaches as high as 65%. Obviously, the resettlement policies for disabled students in the two countries are quite different. Analysis by age, geographical area and trend shows that it is most appropriate for students with intellectual disabilities to attend separate classrooms and resource classrooms. However, it is not appropriate to study in ordinary schools and regular classes. The existing regular attendance policy needs to be reformed.
