近几年,福建省的财政经济发展取得了较大成绩,但县财政赤字问题还相当严重。到1989年底,全省预算单位中有36%的县市出现财政赤字,财政滚存赤字达两亿元以上。巨额的财政赤字影响了县市经济发展。赤字问题引起了省领导及各方面的重视。最近,福建省财政厅召开了全省扭转财政赤字座谈会,省财政厅拟从两个方面加强这项工作。
In recent years, Fujian’s financial and economic development has made great achievements, but the county’s fiscal deficit problem is still quite serious. By the end of 1989, 36% of the budgetary units in the province had fiscal deficits, and the fiscal deficit reached 200 million yuan. Huge fiscal deficits have affected the economic development of counties and cities. The issue of deficit has drawn the attention of provincial leaders and all quarters. Recently, the Fujian Provincial Department of Finance held a forum for the province to reverse the fiscal deficit. The Provincial Department of Finance intends to strengthen this work from two aspects.
