我矿在技术革新运动中,对球磨机的给矿方式进行了改革。经运转考查后,证明是成功的。长期来,钨矿重选厂磨矿机给矿,都是经螺旋脱水后,矿石由溜槽排入接矿斗,然后靠筒体的运转来带动挖砂斗,把矿石铲入筒内(如图1)。这种方式,不但要花费一定的投资,安装拆卸费工时,检修不便;而且在启动时,因挖砂嘴与矿斗底部的矿石接触,产生强大阻力,影响安全启动。在运行中操作工给中空轴加油也不安全。
