我院1976～1998年间,共收治外伤性肝破裂318例,其中严重肝外伤128例.男102例,女26例,年龄16～64岁.受伤部位:右半肝64例,左半肝30例,左、右半肝多发伤34例.其中4例合并肝后下腔静脉破裂.按Moore氏分度法,Ⅲ度肝外伤68例,Ⅳ度56例,Ⅴ度4例.
