要想有一个系统且适合本企业的领导力培养方法,就需要从深层影响领导力培养的企业文化来寻求。企业文化是领导力培养的沃土企业家的领导力,表现为两种能力:一是驾驭并顺应市场的经营管理能力,二是把握并引导人的思想文化观念的思想力。这是企业家成就事业不可或缺的两项基本功。管理大师彼德·杜拉克总结说:“企业家的世界是一个‘社会的世界’,而不是‘物质的世界’。”没有文化思想的人,不可能成为具有卓越领导力的企业
To have a systematic and suitable leadership training method, we need to seek from the corporate culture that deeply influences the leadership training. Corporate culture is the leadership of the fertile soil entrepreneurs trained in leadership. It manifests itself in two abilities: one is managing and adapting to the market’s management ability; and the other is the thinking power of grasping and guiding people’s ideological and cultural concepts. This is an indispensable two basic skills for entrepreneurship.
