试验室沥青稳定性试验(Laboratory Asphalt Stability Test,LAST)是由美国国家公路合作研究计划(NCHRP)9-10项目研究人员提出的。该试验是评价改性沥青储存稳定性的一种新方法。试验通过提高加热温度并延长加热时间,对沥青结合料在搅拌与静置两种条件下的温度稳定性进行评价。美国联邦公路局(FHWA)承担对LAST的评价,工作内容包括采购LAST商品仪器,对发现的缺陷进行修正,并详细评价试验方法等。
Laboratory Asphalt Stability Test (LAST) was proposed by researchers from 9-10 NCHRP (National Highway Cooperation Research Program). This test is a new method to evaluate the storage stability of modified asphalt. In the experiment, the temperature stability of asphalt binder under both stirring and standing conditions was evaluated by increasing the heating temperature and prolonging the heating time. The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) undertakes the evaluation of LAST, including the procurement of LAST commodity instruments, correction of defects found, and detailed evaluation of test methods.
