目的 探讨晚期直肠癌动脉内置泵灌注化疗的治疗方法。方法 38例晚期直肠癌患者 ,采取选择性动脉内置泵进行灌注化疗。结果 38例患者临床症状均有缓解 ,B超检查瘤体有不同程度缩小者 2 4例(占 84 .9% ) ,有 16例 (占 4 2 .1% )再获手术机会 ,生存期达 3年者有 5例 (占 13.1% )。结论 选择性动脉内置泵灌注化疗治疗晚期直肠癌有一定的治疗效果
Objective To investigate the treatment of advanced rectal cancer with arterial internal pump infusion chemotherapy. Methods 38 patients with advanced rectal cancer underwent selective arterial infusion pump for perfusion chemotherapy. Results The clinical symptoms of 38 patients were all relieved.
