对影响墨兰根状茎绿芽分化的几个因素进行研究的结果表明 :在基本培养基中添加 5 .0 0mg·L-16 -BA +0 5 0mg·L-1NAA的激素配比 ,绿芽产率高达 1 80 % ,且绿芽生长势旺盛 低剂量 (1和 2Gy ) 60 Coγ -射线辐射可促进根状茎绿芽分化 ,提高绿芽产率和生长势 ;高剂量 (5~ 1 0Gy )辐射则显著降低绿芽产率 ,使其生长势减弱 活性炭完全抑制绿芽分化 ,促进了脱分化状态下的根状茎增殖生长
The results of several factors that affect the differentiation of Cymbidium blueberry shoots showed that the hormone ratio of 500 mg · L-16-BA +050 mg · L-1NAA was added to the minimal medium, The bud production rate was as high as 180%, and the green shoots grew vigorously. Low dose (1 and 2 Gy) of 60 Co γ -ray radiation could promote the differentiation of rhizome green shoots and increase the green bud production and growth potential. High doses (5 ~ 10 Gy ) Radiation significantly reduced the yield of green shoots and decreased the growth potential. Activated carbon completely inhibited the shoot differentiation and promoted the proliferation and growth of rhizomes in the dedifferentiated state
