传统观念的经济学家仍然在为要不要对能够保持财政平衡的财政政策措施更加依赖而争论不休,然而这种争论可能也是导致当前经济增长持续放缓的因素之一。基于欧洲国家的经验,积极的财政政策在刺激经济增长中具有潜在影响。扩张型的财政政策不仅在经济衰退时期发挥作用,更可以作为一种标准化的宏观经济政策工具。有证据表明,财政赤字与工业生产指数之间存在一种正相关关系。
Traditional-minded economists are still debating whether to rely more on fiscal policy measures that will maintain a fiscal balance, but the argument may also be one of the factors that have caused the current slowdown in economic growth. Based on the experience of European countries, proactive fiscal policy has the potential to stimulate economic growth. Expansionary fiscal policies not only play a role in the economic downturn, but also serve as a standardized macroeconomic policy instrument. There is evidence that there is a positive correlation between the fiscal deficit and the industrial production index.
