松针叶为松科松属植物马尾松、湿地松、黄山松、落叶松、黑松、红松等的叶子,在全国各地均有分布,具有悠久的药用历史。聚戊烯醇是松针叶的主要活性成分,与人体内所含的多萜醇结构和生物活性相似,具有抗老年痴呆、抗氧化、保护肝损伤、治疗硬化症等作用。目前对松针叶聚戊烯醇的提取、分离纯化工艺及药理作用研究取得了一定进展,但国内关于其应用于临床的制剂开发尚未见报道。对松针叶聚戊烯醇的深入研究将有利于充分利用我国松针叶资源。本文对目前国内外松针叶中聚戊烯醇的提取和分离纯化方法、含量测定、药理作用、制剂等方面进行总结,并对其研究前景进行展望。从目前的研究状况来看,松针叶聚戊烯醇的分离纯化技术、药理作用机制、制剂开发等方面很值得更深入的研究,尤其是其制剂开发方面。
Pinus pine coniferous Pinus massoniana, Pinus elliottii, Pinus taiwanensis, larch, black pine, pine and other leaves, are distributed throughout the country, has a long history of medicinal. Polyprenol is the main active component of pine needles, which is similar to the structure and bioactivity of dolichols contained in the human body. It has the functions of anti-senile dementia, anti-oxidation, protection of liver injury and treatment of sclerosis. At present, some progress has been made in the research on the extraction, separation and purification of pinene and its pharmacological effects. However, there is still no report on the development of its preparation for clinical application in China. In-depth study of pine needles polyprenols will help to make full use of pine needles in our country. In this paper, the methods of extraction, separation, purification, determination, pharmacological action, preparation and so on of polyprenols from pine needles at home and abroad are summarized, and their research prospects are prospected. From the current research situation, the separation and purification of pine needles polyprenol, pharmacological mechanism, formulation development is worth more in-depth study, especially in the formulation of its development.
