目的　观察中药合剂对肾综合征出血热病毒感染NIH系裸鼠的保护作用。方法　应用肾综合征出血热病毒腹腔接种法感染裸鼠 ,中药合剂组 (实验组 )灌注中药合剂 ,对照组除接种病毒外不做其它处理 ,在同等条件下对比观察。结果　中药合剂取得了抗病毒作用的显著效果 ,裸鼠的发病时间明显推迟 (P <0 .0 5 )、病程时间明显延长 (P <0 .0 5 )、症状明显减轻、死亡率降低。结论　中药合剂对肾综合征出血热病毒感染裸鼠有明显的保护作用 Objective To observe the protective effect of Chinese traditional medicine on NIH mice with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome virus infection. Methods Infected nude mice were inoculated intraperitoneally with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome virus. The Chinese medicine mixture group (experimental group) was infused with traditional Chinese medicine mixture. The control group was treated with no virus except for virus inoculation, and compared under the same conditions. Results The antitoxic effect of traditional Chinese medicine mixture was significantly improved. The onset time of nude mice was significantly delayed (P <0.05), the course of the disease was significantly prolonged (P <0.05), the symptoms were relieved, and the mortality rate was decreased. Conclusion Chinese medicine mixture of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome virus infection in nude mice have a significant protective effect
