在钼丝炉高纯氩气保护下,由直接平衡法研究了Fe-Y-S(1575~1600℃),Ni-Y-S(1500~1600℃)和Fe-C_饱-Y-S、Fe-C_饱-La-S熔体在(1300~1500℃)的脱硫平衡,得到生成YS和LaS的脱硫常数与温度的关系及钇、镧与硫的一、二阶相互作用系数与温度的关系: 钇在铁液、铁碳液、镍液中脱硫都存在最低含(S)量,超过此最低点,(S)含量反而随钇、镧溶解量增加而增大。由溶解度法测得碳与镧、碳与钇的一、二阶相互作用系数与温度的关系,稀土碳化物LaC_2、YC_2在铁碳熔体中的标准生成自由能与温度的关系;实验结合计算得到钇在铁液、镍液中的标准溶解自由能、活度系数、自相互作用系数与温度的关系。绘制了六个体系的平衡关系图,指出了各体系中平衡产物生成的次序和稳定存在的条件。
Under the protection of high pure argon in molybdenum wire furnace, the direct equilibrium method was used to study the effects of Fe-YS (1575-1600 ℃), Ni-YS (1500-1600 ℃) and Fe-C-saturated -YS -La-S melt at (1300 ~ 1500 ℃) desulfurization equilibrium obtained YS and LaS derived desulfurization constant temperature and the relationship between yttrium, lanthanum and the relationship between the first and second order interaction coefficient and temperature: yttrium in Iron and iron, iron and carbon liquid, nickel liquid desulfurization have the lowest content (S), beyond this lowest point, (S) content with yttrium and lanthanum dissolved increased. The relationship between the first-order and second-order interaction coefficients of carbon and lanthanum, carbon and yttrium and the temperature and the relationship between the standard free energy of rare-earth carbides LaC_2 and YC_2 in the iron-carbon melt and the temperature were determined by the solubility method. The standard dissolution free energy, activity coefficient, self-interaction coefficient and temperature of yttrium in molten iron and nickel solution were obtained. Draw a balance diagram of the six systems, and point out the order and stable conditions of the equilibrium products in each system.
