利用DEFORM-3D对非晶态金属Zr41.2Ti13.8Cu12.5Ni10.0Be22.5(简称:Vit1材料)进行切削加工的过程模拟,通过模拟对其切削力场和切削热场进行分析,研究常温下非晶合金材料的切削力和切削热的分布规律,最后,通过实验对其切屑形状进行比较,验证了模拟结果的准确性,为进一步研究非晶态合金材料的切削机理提供参考。
Using DEFORM-3D to simulate the cutting process of the amorphous metal Zr41.2Ti13.8Cu12.5Ni10.0Be22.5 (referred to as Vit1 material), the cutting force field and cutting thermal field were analyzed by simulation, The cutting force and the cutting heat distribution of amorphous alloy materials were studied. Finally, the chip shape was compared by experiments to verify the accuracy of the simulation results and provide a reference for further research on the cutting mechanism of amorphous alloy materials.
