以 Zn ZSM- 5分子筛为基本研究对象 ,探讨了在不同金属 (Mg,Co,Cr,Mo等 )、非金属 (P,Cl,S等 )改性的X/ Zn ZSM- 5催化剂上 ,在 82 3K下的丙烷芳构化反应活性和芳烃的选择性。结果表明 ,在 Zn ZSM- 5分子筛上分别添加 Co,Cr,Mo,Mg均能不同程度地降低丙烷转化率 ,同时提高芳烃的选择性 ;在 P(wp=0 .5%)改性的 P/Zn ZSM- 5上芳烃选择性也有较大提高 ,并抑制了甲烷和乙烷的生成 ,芳烃收率略有提高
In this paper, Zn ZSM-5 molecular sieve was taken as the basic research object. The effects of different metal (Mg, Co, Cr, Mo, etc.) and non-metal (P, Cl, S etc.) modified X / Zn ZSM- Propane aromatization reactivity and aromatics selectivity at 82K. The results showed that the addition of Co, Cr, Mo and Mg to Zn ZSM-5 zeolite both decreased the conversion of propane and the selectivity of aromatics to different extent. The P (wp = 0.5%) modified P / Zn ZSM-5 on the selectivity of aromatics have also been greatly increased, and inhibited the formation of methane and ethane, aromatic yield slightly increased
