患者男,77岁。因左下肢红斑、结节4年于2013年8月7日来院就诊。患者4年前无明显诱因左小腿屈侧出现紫红色斑块,无不适感,皮疹逐渐增大、隆起并向上下发展。部分表面少量黄色结痂。1年前右踝后方出现一类似皮损,发展缓慢,均无明显自觉症状。自发病以来患者一般情况良好,无全身症状。祖籍福建,且长期居住原籍,无外籍血缘,否认有非婚性接触史及家族遗传病史。体格检查:系统检查未见异常。皮肤科检查:左膝外侧、左小
