第一章 总则 第一条 为了客观公正地界定建筑室内设计人员的专业技术水平,加强和规范设计队伍的建设和管理,增强从业人员的责任感,发挥设计人员的作用,提高专业技术水平,参照建设部关于《建设工程（科研）中、高级专业技术职务任职资格评审量化标准（试行）》（建人教[1999]214号）文件精神,结合我国目前室内设计行业的实际情况,特制定本办法。
