产业集群知识网络中,探索性知识和利用性知识从知识供应源发出,经知识中介到知识用户,再形成反馈回到知识供应源,构成了二元式创新知识闭环系统。本文在知识闭环系统中,基于网络权力,对比了不同决策模式下知识定价、收益差异。利用博弈论方法与数值分析,研究发现:(1)知识收益与利用性知识偏好呈负相关;(2)在分散决策模式下,知识供应源和知识中介的收益与网络权力密切相关,网络权利越大,相应收益越多;(3)集中决策模式为最优决策模式,可使探索性知识与利用性知识定价均最低,并且系统总收益最高。由此本文设计了有效的协调机制,使集中决策模式得以实现。这不仅能够丰富知识闭环系统理论,并且为产业集群知识管理实践提供了有益启示。
In the industrial cluster knowledge network, exploratory knowledge and utilitarian knowledge are sent from the knowledge supply source, and through the knowledge intermediary to the knowledge users, and formed back to the knowledge supply source, forming the closed-loop system of binary innovation knowledge. In the closed-loop system of knowledge, this paper compares the knowledge pricing and income difference under different decision-making modes based on network power. By using game theory and numerical analysis, the results show that: (1) knowledge gain and utilization knowledge preference are negatively correlated; (2) under the decentralized decision-making model, the benefits of knowledge supply sources and knowledge intermediation are closely related to network power; The larger the corresponding returns are; (3) The centralized decision-making model is the optimal decision-making model, which can make the pricing of exploratory knowledge and utilization knowledge lowest, and the highest total system revenue. Therefore, this paper designed an effective coordination mechanism to make centralized decision-making mode be achieved. This not only enriches the theory of knowledge closed-loop system, but also provides useful enlightenment for the practice of knowledge management in industrial clusters.
