为实现我国农业现代化、信息化的成功转型提供必要的理论和人才支撑是现阶段地方高等农业院校人才培养的基本任务。但是当前地方高等农业院校信息学科研究生创新培养由于缺乏自身正确的认识和定位,使得学科人才培养陷入发展困境。本文就这一问题从人才培养方案设定、师资队伍建设、内外协同培养和构建激励机制等角度,以吉林农业大学信息学科研究生培养为实践对象深入探索研究学科研究生创新培养新模式。
To provide the necessary theoretical and personnel support for the successful transformation of China’s agricultural modernization and informatization is the basic task of personnel training in local agricultural colleges and universities. However, due to the lack of correct understanding and orientation, the innovative cultivation of information science graduate students in local higher agricultural colleges makes the cultivation of subject talents fall into the predicament of development. In this paper, this issue from the perspective of personnel training programs, faculty building, internal and external co-cultivation and building incentive mechanisms and other aspects of information to Jilin Agricultural University graduate training for the practice of in-depth exploration of research disciplines innovation and training of new models.
