目前,猪肝中铅含量主要采用的是湿法消解-标准曲线法进行定量测定[1],即通过标准物质与被测样品之间吸光值的比较进行定量。该法具有配制简单、测试速度快等优点,但由于标准曲线的基质与被测样品的基质存在差异,所以采用标准曲线法测定不可避免的存在一定的基质效应,影响检测结果的准确性。标准加入法可以在一定程度上降低基质效应的影响,对于低含量的样品,标准加入法可以有效地提高测定的准确度[2]。本文结合2种方法的特点,对猪肝中铅 At present, the main content of lead in pig liver is the wet digestion - the standard curve method for quantitative determination [1], that is, through the comparison of the absorbance between the standard and the sample to be quantified.
