从当前我国公共管理专业的能力特征出发,基于政府、企业与第三部门协同理论和情境学习理论,融合案例教学、电子政务软件和企业ERP软件,构建了包含“理论+实操+应用”三个层次的情境设计教学模式,提出该教学模式的实现路径,以期提高公共管理专业学生的综合能力。通过案例研究,说明该模式通过情境融合和扩展,提升了学生的综合实践能力,实现了公共管理课程教学从理论学习、情境模拟到现场实践的融合。
Based on the current capacity of public management in our country, based on the synergy theory of government, enterprises and the third sector and situational learning theory, we integrate case teaching, e-government software and enterprise ERP software, "Three levels of context design teaching model, put forward the realization of the teaching mode, in order to improve the overall ability of public management students. The case study shows that this model enhances students’ comprehensive practical ability through context fusion and expansion, and realizes the integration of public management course teaching from theoretical study and scenario simulation to on-site practice.
